Who are we?

Yes, we believe that the franchise business can help to create employment opportunities for young people, which is one of the issues facing Africa.
Next is a comment from Mr.Sergio, who did an internship in Mozambique in 2023.
Internship 2025 summer
We will be exhibiting booths at TICAD 9 to introduce various Japanese franchises.
We are supporting several Japanese franchises. Among them, brands that are interested in expanding into Africa will be opening stores at the Japan Fair at TICAD 9. The interns will learn about these brands and then present their businesses to TICAD participants from Africa.
The internship is two weeks long, with the first week being a period of learning. You will visit the headquarters of individual franchise businesses, look at their stores, try their food, and talk with the managers at the headquarters. After deepening your understanding, you will create appropriate presentation tools.
The people who participate in TICAD are government officials and people who come to Japan to represent the business world. You will propose your business to these people.
The internship period is scheduled to run from Tuesday, August 12th to Monday, August 25th.。

As part of the orientation training for JICA African students in October 2023, Assentia Holdings conducted a two-hour training session. This video is only available to those who have been confirmed to be coming on an internship.
Please note that other videos will be played for non-internship applicants.
These six and five videos discuss how a favourable corporate culture should be built and what a corporate manager should be like.
They all form the basis of our Assentia Holdings corporate management approach.
They are to be watched in advance of your internship.
