OMAKASE is not a system for those who don’t know what to order. It is a system designed to ensure that guests enjoy the very best dish the chef has to offer. While seasonal changes are a given in restaurants, the ingredients sourced each day undergo subtle variations. OMAKASE allows us to adapt to these changes and serve the finest ingredients prepared using the best cooking methods.

Tempura & Bar
DANDANYA is a place to enjoy tempura and drinks.
We serve lunch during the day and dinner and drinks in the evening. We welcome guests who come just for a meal, as well as those who come primarily for drinks.


Stick Tempura=Kushi-Tempura
At DANDANYA, our tempura is served on skewers.
Before the restaurant opens, we prep the ingredients and skewer them in advance. This streamlines kitchen operations and allows customers to enjoy the tempura without having to use chopsticks.
We serve our seasonal skewer tempura in sets of 3 to 5 pieces. This way, customers can enjoy as many skewers as they like, depending on how full they are.


Izakaya menu
In addition to tempura, we offer izakaya dishes such as oden, which can be served with minimal effort.

Tendon= Tempura bowl
Our Tempura Bowl is also very popular.
We offer our standard Tempura Bowl, but during the summer, we serve a special version. What makes it special is that it’s served cold.
