Gyoza is a very delicious Japanese dumpling that is often stuffed with a mixture of minced pork, cabbage, garlic and ginger. It is cooked in a special pan to make the bottom crispy, and then steamed to steam-bake the skin and filling.

    　　The first question from the waiter upon taking a seat is, "How many gyoza would you like? "
  3. High number of customers who come to the restaurant for meals leads to a wide range of customers.
  4. Characteristics of Gyoza (1) No seasonal fluctuation. (2) Demand for take-out.
  5.  44 menus are narrowed down, so 2 weeks of kitchen training is sufficient.

Their first overseas store opening was in Malaysia.

They opened a store on the ground floor of a mall called Montokhiara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The store opened in November, but made a solid profit in the month of December.
However, even though IZAKAYA is an IZAKAYA, we were late in obtaining a liquor sales license and were unable to serve liquor in December.This is our performance without selling alcohol.
Alchole sales will begin in mid-January 2025.
