As apple farmers, we have a special passion for apples. There is a truly diverse range of apple varieties grown in Japan. Each variety has its own unique characteristics, and we bake apple pies that perfectly highlight those qualities, selling them fresh from the oven right in our store.

It has won several top quality awards in Japan.

Starting in 2026, we will begin offering this apple farmer’s apple pie to the world.
We will process and export the finest seasonal apples from Japan.
In our stores, we will use deck ovens and convection ovens to ensure we always serve customers freshly baked pies.
In addition, we can sell processed products such as apple juice and jam, made from apples—a fruit that represents Japan.
Of course, it is also possible to operate the store in conjunction with a café.
