Our Story

Founder Hideya Sakai started a company named "United & Collective" in 2000. It is a company whose very name is its policy.

Statement

We will go beyond the common sense of food in Japan and the world.

Mission

We are making the world a better place by bringing " really delicious food" to people all over the world.

Values

United&collective

It was in 2012 that they created a hamburger store that transcended the conventional wisdom of hamburgers.

Until then, MacDonald had a dominant share of the hamburger industry in Japan.

Several entrepreneurs set their sights on a new hamburger chain, but the road was rocky.

Many restaurant owners learn the American chain store theory when they aim to create a chain. It had become common sense.

But SAKAI was convinced that this common sense could not provide good food.

Even in our Japanese restaurant, which we started in 2000, we did not adopt American-style management, but focused on deliciousness. At the same time, we pursued efficiency and productivity.

SAKAI took the same approach to hamburgers and created Third Burger.

We were able to achieve this because from the beginning, we aspired to go beyond the norm in the hamburger industry.

And 10 years later. They have grown into a hamburger chain that combines value and productivity.

They have gained enough experience to aim for the world.

A hamburger restaurant that exists in your country. Let's go beyond their common sense together. With us, United & Collective.
